Following a good track record with Teamwork, In 2016, we dedicated a part of our team to business consulting, project management, and corporate training. Being an IT company gives us an extra added technological benefit, and we can pass it on to our clients.

ONLINE EXPERT WORKSHOP
We offer an online 4-hour workshop for the Teamwork module of your choice. You can choose which modules you’d like us to focus on during registration. By the end of this workshop, you can expect to be familiar with the Teamwork suite and best case studies.
ADVANCED CORPORATE TRAINING
On-site training packages for executives and operational teams. Our training plans include a structured approach targeted towards the roles based on their responsibilities in the business.
Every role will use Teamwork differently; for example, an executive might look more into receiving analytical data and reporting, while the staff will aim to improve their productivity and operations.
STRATEGY & CONSULTING
Teamwork can be easily achieved using training, but companies often search for a transformation process.
We can advise translating your current business workflows and processes into Teamwork processes. We can assist you in building those templates and getting the best value out of Teamwork.
SUPPORT & OUTSOURCING
We provide you with the right level of support following your training or consulting session to ensure the implementation stage goes as planned.
We can also join your team by accessing your Teamwork site. Having the required level of visibility will allow us to work with you on your projects.
Note: product technical support can be provided free of charge by the Teamwork support team.

Teamwork offers a lot of functionality out of the box, but if you are looking for extra functionality and further automation, we can help.
YMtech has been utilising the Teamwork API and other integration tools to create custom functionality for our clients, helping them to increase efficiency and productivity while streamlining their processes.
LICENSING & PROCUREMENT
We offer Teamwork licensing services to meet the AU workframes and regulations.
