Our Fractional Project Management model offers a unique solution for businesses that require project management expertise but may not need or have the full-time resources. Instead of hiring a traditional project manager, fractional project management provides access to experienced professionals on a block model basis, starting as low as 10 hours per month, allowing businesses to scale resources on demand. We offer a range of experienced professionals to service your client management requirements:

  • Junior - Skilled with 1 year as a project manager.
  • Intermediate - Skilled with 3 - 5 years as a project manager. 
  • Senior - Skilled with 5+ years of project management experiences.

There are two basic types of tools out there for this stuff: generics and PSAs (Professional Services Automation). The generics are tools like, Asana, Trello, ClickUp, Basecamp, you know the type. The PSAs are those big ones like Kantata, RocketLane, Ruddr, NetSuite and the like. 

Here's the problem:
  • the generics can only do project execution
  • The PSAs can do everything but project execution

When it comes to the client management lifecycle, is the only tool on the market that does it all, and does it well.

We're based in Toronto, Ontario, Canada. If you live within the GTA then yes, we can easily work on site. If you want us on site elsewhere for initial implementation or for in person training, that can also be arranged. We've worked on premise in the US, the UK, Australia, and various part of Europe. 

For ongoing project management and support, that's 100% remote.
Our primary service language is English. We also support French, Spanish, Hindi and Urdu.
