FAQ

Many talented Teamwork.com partners excel at what they do. When faced with challenges, they often seek our guidance and expertise. We believe this speaks volumes about the value we bring to the table and the trust we've built within the Teamwork community.

There are two basic types of tools out there for this stuff: generics and PSAs (Professional Services Automation). The generics are tools like Monday.com, Asana, Trello, ClickUp, Basecamp, you know the type. The PSAs are those big ones like Kantata, RocketLane, Ruddr, NetSuite and the like. 

Here's the problem:
  • the generics can only do project execution
  • The PSAs can do everything but project execution

When it comes to the client management lifecycle, Teamwork.com is the only tool on the market that does it all, and does it well.

We're based in Toronto, Ontario, Canada. If you live within the GTA then yes, we can easily work on site. If you want us on site elsewhere for initial implementation or for in person training, that can also be arranged. We've worked on premise in the US, the UK, Australia, and various part of Europe. 

For ongoing project management and support, that's 100% remote.
Our primary service language is English. We also support French, Spanish, Hindi and Urdu.
